The production process involves the following:

• Manufacture of various plastic components by Injection Moulding.
• All the metal parts used are accurately machined and processed.
• The fibre glass sticks are made on the Automatic Rolling Table, using appropriate mandrels, heating the tubes to the requisite temperature and extracting them thereafter.
• Assembling of the various parts to make up the Bow are done manually.

The basic components of all types of Bows are same except for the variation in size depending on the type of Bow. The bows are stringed either with horse hair hanks or with synthetic strings.

Quality Control checks as per the guidelines given to us by our collaborators are carried out with the strictest vigil and caution at every stage.
